Patrimonial Information Platform (PIP)

The Patrimonial Information Platform (PiP) is designed for the management and treatment of assets in response to the provisions of Bank of Spain Circular 8/2012, of December 21, for credit institutions, about databases of assets transferable to the companies provided for in Law 8/2012, of October 30, about the reorganization and sale of real estate assets of the financial sector.
– The PiP structure has been designed in response to the criterion of functionality for the management and control of the entire life cycle of real estate, and its various processes and treatments, through a task manager that facilitates its execution and monitoring.
– It is a multi-entity, multi-language and multi-company web platform, with a high degree of codification and with the necessary communication mechanisms for the interaction of the intervening parties.
– It has a reporting mechanism based on desktop tools for the extraction and analysis of information, and it can customize the set of results to be obtained.
– Connection prepared for any structural system (accounting, core business, etc.) and for the ad-hoc development of all types of communication interfaces.
– The stored information complies with security and standardization standards to maintain integrity, safeguard sensitive data and avoid duplication and erroneous data.
– For the processing and management of assets, the PiP tool is adapted to the latest legislative developments and incorporates complete information on obtaining and accrediting the energy certificate, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 390/2021, of June 1, which is mandatory both in the management of leases and in sales and purchases.
